LWI terms
Delivery and Warranty Terms
These terms explain when the delivery target begins, what the implementation warranty covers and which conditions can pause support.
When Kickstart begins
Kickstart begins after the agreed workflow scope is confirmed and working access is available for the client-controlled VPS, Claude account, WhatsApp connection and scheduled AnyDesk setup session.
48-hour delivery target
The 48-hour target runs from Kickstart. Missing access, unavailable accounts, third-party outages, delayed approvals or a change in agreed scope pause the target until the blocker is resolved.
90-day implementation warranty
The warranty begins on the handover date. It covers fixes to the workflows and configuration installed by Automate Me within the agreed implementation scope.
24-hour restoration target
If the agreed implementation breaks during the warranty period, restoration is targeted within 24 hours after the issue is confirmed and the required access is available.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover third-party outages or policy changes, account restrictions, unavailable credentials, client-side modifications, VPS failures outside the installed configuration or new features beyond the agreed scope.
Additional scope
Extra WhatsApp accounts, voice transcription, Microsoft 365 connectors and new workflows require separate scope approval and are not part of the standard implementation warranty unless included in writing.
