What owners ask before connecting
Will connecting this get my WhatsApp banned?
Not if it's set up properly, and that's a large part of what you're paying for. We configure the connection so your account keeps behaving normally, and during onboarding we show you exactly how to use it to keep it that way. Getting this wrong is the usual reason people run into trouble when they try to automate WhatsApp themselves.
What does it cost me every month?
The setup is one time and the VPS is one time (for 12 months). The only recurring cost is your Claude subscription, which starts at $20 a month and is paid directly by you, in your name. We charge nothing ongoing.
Do my staff have to change how they work?
No. They keep using the same WhatsApp groups exactly as they do now. Nothing is installed on their phones and nobody has to learn anything new.
Does it read my personal chats?
Only the chats and groups you point it at. Anything you haven't given it is not accessible to it.
Can it see messages from before the setup?
Yes. It can read your full history, so you can ask about something that happened last month, not just today.
Do I need to be technical to use it day to day?
No. You type what you want in a chat, the same way you'd message a person. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use this.
What access do you need from me to start?
Working access to your VPS, your Claude account, your WhatsApp connection, and one scheduled AnyDesk session. We confirm the exact list with you before any work begins.
When does the 48-hour clock start?
At kickstart, once the workflow scope is agreed and your access is working. Missing access, delayed approvals, scope changes or third-party outages pause the clock.
What do the 90 days of free fixes cover?
Anything that breaks in the workflows and configuration we installed, within the scope we agreed. Third-party outages, account restrictions, changes you make yourself, and new features you request later fall outside it.
What if it turns out my business isn't a fit?
We'll tell you on the call and you pay nothing. We'd rather turn down a setup than install something that doesn't suit how you work.
What happens after I apply?
We review your details and business link, if you shared one, then reach out on WhatsApp or by phone, usually within 24 hours. If it's a fit, we book your onboarding call and take it from there. Nothing starts until you've approved the scope.
